BNC-Video signal amplifier

When you have to install cables with lenghts of over 300 meters, the image quality can decrease. That's when our brand new signal amplifier LE949 comes into play. Alongside the amplification of the signal it balances distortions picked up during its long run through the cable. You have the ability to choose between three amplification levels. Every level boosts the signal additionally of about +8dB. So you get an overall signal amplification of up to 24dB.

Cable attenuation depends on frequency response and cable length:

RG59 coaxial cable used with a 380TVL colour camera (5 MHz):

• without amplification up to 300 m total reach
• with amplification up to 1.500m total reach

RG59 coaxial cable used with a 540TVL colour camera (10 MHz):

• without amplification up to 200 m total reach
• with amplification up to 800m total reach
