This converter allows for the diplay of BNC-based cameras on a conventional VGA-display. But of course, you can use this converter to connect other BNC-based sources as well, such as BNC video outputs of your recording system or your receiver. By virtue of the integrated BNC-input port, you'll be able to put up the display in up to 50 m distance to the source.
