Prepayment via bank transfer

The total payable amount and our account details are stated in your order confirmation email. Once we have received payment of the full amount, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, depending on availability. If we have not received payment within 12 days of receiving your order, your order will be cancelled automatically at no extra cost. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept cheques. – Our bank details:

iPayment – Payment by credit card

Your credit card will only be debited once the order has been concluded.

The privacy of your personal data is very important to us. For this reason, we use the encryption and security software SSL. This process encrypts your data, such as your name, address, credit card number, and other information, before transmitting it securely via the internet. Our server then decrypts your data. During data transmission, unauthorised parties trying to capture your information will not be able to read it.

For payments via credit card, we use the risk-free 3-D Secure authentication step.

3-D Secure is a protocol used for additional security for online credit card transactions. 3-D Secure reduces the risk of fraud from the misuse of credit card information. It was developed by the credit card company VISA and is offered under the name “Verified by Visa”. The same service offered by MasterCard is called “SecureCode”.

How does 3-D Secure work?

The buyer enters his/her VISA or MasterCard credit card number. A link to the issuing company is then established. The buyer then confirms his/her identity using a personalised code. Once identity has been verified, the credit card payment is authorised.

You can also pay in cash if you decide to pick up your goods yourself from our company headquarters.

Payment by invoice

Payment by invoice can be selected by resellers (B2B retailers), public institutions (schools, universities, authorities) and certified commercial customers. It is necessary to pre-register with all necessary documentation (business licence, letterhead, etc.) and a positive credit check.

Cash on delivery

Payment by cash on delivery is one of the simplest methods of making a purchase from LUPUS Electronics and is also one of the most common types of payment in the mail order business. If you select “Cash on delivery”, you pay the courier for the goods. Couriers currently only accept cash. For cash on delivery orders, DHL charges a fee of EUR 2.00 incl. 19% VAT in addition to postage costs.
