The Product

With the cellular smoke detector, LUPUS has developed a world first that is as simple as it is efficient – a smart smoke detector connected directly to Deutsche Telekom's Narrowband-IoT cellular network and linked to the LUPUS Cloud. The smoke detector complies with DIN 14676-1, Type C, meaning it features fully automatic remote maintenance from the moment of commissioning and operates completely autonomously. No gateway or router is necessary, yet it possesses all the advantages of a smart smoke detector. It is extremely cost-efficient and quick to install thanks to LUPUS One-Click technology. To activate, simply press the button on the sensor and scan the QR code with the LUPUS Cloud app. Thanks to the built-in SIM card, the smoke detector can be used anywhere, and the number of devices is infinitely scalable. The 10-year battery life ensures long-term safe and worry-free operation for users.

Smart Dashboard

The LUPUS Cloud allows you to easily manage an unlimited number of IoT sensors, such as the LUPUS smoke detector, motion detector, or temperature and humidity sensor. You have access to multi-stage central administration, comprehensive rights management, and easy assignment of sensors by country, city, building, apartment, or usage unit. Via integrated task management, you can send maintenance tasks to the responsible persons on-site.

Multi-Level Management

Multi-level management is possible with the LUPUS Cloud. There is a multi-stage central administration that allows you, via comprehensive rights management (Admin, Installer, Resident), to share entire companies or even just individual buildings or residential units with other users.

Plan and send tasks

The owner or administrator has the option to assign tasks to other users. For example, if detectors in a building need to be replaced, an order can be sent to the responsible on-site installer. They will be informed about the relevant location via cloud software and email. The administrator receives a notification once the task is completed.
